Q I am pregnant, can I receive a facial treatment?
To ensure your peace of mind during the treatment, we conduct thorough consultations and provide treatments with consideration, allowing even pregnant customers to receive treatments safely. We use products that are safe for use during pregnancy.
Q: I'm going to be late for my reservation. Will I have to cancel?
If you anticipate being late for your appointment due to any circumstances, please make sure to contact us.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will consider it a cancellation.
Can waxing be used in conjunction with light hair removal or laser hair removal?
Waxing is not recommended to be used simultaneously with light hair removal or laser hair removal. These hair removal methods may potentially impact the condition of the skin, so it is crucial to consult with your esthetician or doctor before undergoing both treatments at the same time.

マッサージの後、すぐに入浴するのはあまりおすすめできません。
マッサージ後の体は血流が促進され、リンパの流れも活発になっているため、すぐに入浴すると以下の影響が出ることがあります。
